Three highly appointed bedrooms are all ensuite with shower and are equipped with Digital TV.
The comfortable beds are fully sprung and are zip lock equipped to enable each room to be single, twin or superkingsize.
Under floor heating and sound insulation adds further comfort. All rooms have blackout curtain linings. One bedroom is situated at ground floor level to assist our less abled guests. There are no steps from the parking area to this room and doorways are wider for wheelchair access. There is ample parking but we can reserve a car parking space, please request at time of booking. One bedroom is available as a family room. All towels and linen are provided as is hairdryer and beverage facilities.

Enjoy an Aga cooked breakfast using local produce looking out over the Saddleworth countryside. Vegetarian and healthy options always available.

For our business visitors each room is equipped with a desk and wireless internet.

There is a patio and garden area with childrens swings for guests use, plenty of private off road and secure, well lit parking. Footpaths from the farm provide pleasant evening walks around the farm or to the village.

Sorry but we do not accept pets.
