Newly renovated and set in a peaceful rural location ideal for Saddleworth attractions and festivals. This spacious 2 bedroomed cottage is equipped to an exceptionally high standard and has stunning views accross the Saddleworth countryside.

Awarded 4 star Gold Award by Quality in Tourism.

The two bedrooms consist of one double and one triple (three full size single beds)

Both have fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. An additional double sofa bed is provided downstairs. The bathroom is equipped with bath and separate shower and the large highly equipped kitchen  includes dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Relax in the lounge in front of the log fire or watch digital TV with DVD player. The property has full central heating.

The Patio and Garden
For the warmer summer evenings there is a private patio with garden furniture and BBQ and a garden area equipped with childrens swings and parking. Your grocery requirements are available from two excellent local farm shops in Denshaw and Delph.

 All towels and linen are provided.

Eat out in one of the many local Denshaw village pubs which all serve great food. We would be happy to make reservations for you or please request our Pub and Restaurant contact list. Denshaw can be reached by footpath from the farm.The village also has a farm shop with tea rooms.

A wide range of activities are available locally. Trek or mountain bike the Pennine Bridleway, stabling/grazing is available if you wish to bring your own horse or pony.

For cyclists a secure lock up and wash is available for mountain bikes. You can ride/trek from the farm on numerous bridleways and link to the Mary Townley Loop. Go llama trekking from the farm ( we can make the necessary arrangements for the llamas to collect you from the farm) or locally you can take a canal boat ride or even a helicopter ride. For walkers there are footpaths linking all the Saddleworth villages, all of which have good pubs and tea rooms, the Oldham Way and the Pennine Way are adjacent to the farm.

We are delighted to announce that Cherry Clough Farmhouse Accommodation are the winners of the Manchester Tourism Awards 2010 Small Hotel / B&B of the Year.

The award was revealed in an impressive ceremony held at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, by actor and comedian John Thomson.
