Adjacent to the Pennine Way, Oldham Way and numerous other footpaths and trails, Cherry Clough Farm is an ideal base for those wanting an easy stroll or those wishing to take on something more adventurous. The villages of Delph, Dobcross, Diggle and Uppermill are all within hiking distance and all offer excellent Tea Room or Pub refreshments. Maps are available for all local walks. Llama treks are available from the farm. They make excellent walking companions and carry all your bags!

Within a mile of the Pennine Bridleway, the first purpose-built long distance bridleway for horse riders, mountain bikers and walkers.  120 miles of the route are currently open from Derbyshire up to and including the 47 mile Mary Towneley Loop in the South Pennines, which is within a five mile trek of the farm.
Cherry Clough Farm is linked to many bridle paths and offers excellent trekking opportunities across the whole of the Saddleworth and West Yorkshire area.
Stabling and grazing is available on site for those guests wishing to bring their own horses and ponies.

We are delighted to announce that Cherry Clough Farmhouse Accommodation are the winners of the Manchester Tourism Awards 2010 Small Hotel / B&B of the Year.

The award was revealed in an impressive ceremony held at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate, by actor and comedian John Thomson.
